UploadLite.com strives to comply with the DMCA to the fullest extent possible. We respect any copyrighted or trademarked work and are adamantly opposed to its unlawful distribution. Any user account that receives a valid DMCA notification will be immediately terminated, and the content will be removed.

We are committed to responding to all DMCA and ABUSE reports within 24 hours at most.

The following things should be included in a DMCA notice:

• The copyrighted work owner's signature might be electronic or physical (or authorized person)
• A description of the copyrighted work, including the URL or a copy of the item that is infringing.
• Your contact information includes your email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• A declaration that the work is not authorized by the copyright owner, based on "good faith belief."
• A statement from you, the person who sends the take-down notice, that the information you send in the notice (above information) is correct and that you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We will block access to the file and send the user a notification that access to the file has been blocked along with a counter Notification Form after we receive the notice and confirm that it is legitimate.

If we receive a completed Counter Notification Form, we will email it to the complainant and inform that the restricted access will be reactivated in 14 days unless the complainant files a lawsuit seeking a court order to restrain the up-loader for this material.

We have a policy of terminating accounts of up-loaders who repeat copyright infringements in line with the DMCA. Any individual who engages in these behaviors repeatedly may have their access to the Site restricted and/or their account terminated.
